Every June makers around the world pick up their needles, hooks and hoops and stitch in public - and Woolwich Works is joining in once again! Come and spend the day with us (and our regular Wednesday Stitch Night friends!) for a free celebration of craft, community and the simple pleasure of making something with your hands. Whether you knit, crochet, embroider, cross stitch, hand sew or just want to see what it's all about, you're welcome here.

Promoting the 21st anniversary of World Wide Knit In Public Day. Everyone is welcome from absolute beginners to old professionals! Also others who practice other yarn crafts such as crochet or Tunisian crochet etc. The most important thing is to be in a relaxed lovely setting with people who love crafting.
